Welcome to MTE Bridgesaw, LLC
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the MTE Bridgesaw, LLC website (“Website”) and the products and services we provide (“Services”). By accessing or using our Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our Website.

Scheduling
Customers are aware that scheduling conflicts arise & airplanes are delayed, Machine Tech Enterprises is not responsible for delays or schedule changes. For work outside the United States Machine Tech is not responsible for travel charges or delays due to border agencies. 

Delivery 
Customers are aware that quoted machine delivery times are an estimate. While we try our best to stick to promised dates, due to international shipping, the timeline can sometimes fluctuate.  
All shipping costs are estimated at the time of quoting. Note that finalized costs may vary based on actual ship date, size of package, and weight of package and will be billed accordingly to card on file. 
Upon receipt of equipment or parts check for any visible damage. Please take a picture of any noted damage and email us. If you are required to sign for your shipment please note on document any damages when signing. Damage reports need to be received no more than 24 hours from receipt 
Any charges for overnight or regular shipping for parts will be paid by the customer. 
Unless otherwise stated, Machine Tech Enterprises is not responsible for rigging or moving equipment, our technicians do not use customer forklifts and are not responsible for damage caused to equipment dropped by anyone not employed or contracted by Machine Tech Enterprises, LLC. 
Machinery delivered outside of the US 48 will be billed accordingly 
MTE BridgeSaw does not provide customs clearance. Clients outside of the US must provide their own broker 
If equipment is to be left outside the customer is responsible for covering and making sure it remains dry in case of inclement weather.

Returns & Cancellations
Electrical parts cannot be returned or restocked 
There will be a 30% restocking fee for returned parts, provided they are returned in unused, new condition. 
All machinery sales are final, no returns

Payments & Additional Charges
Payment in full required prior to shipment of all parts and machinery 
All parts and services will be paid for by the credit card the customer provides on the service agreement, if payment is declined or reversed customer agrees to pay all charges immediately including interest and fees per Machine Tech Enterprises billing agreement.
If a technician spends a reasonable amount of $100 or less, we will not notify you. Any purchases that exceed $100 Machine Tech Enterprises will acquire your approval 
Cancellations made after 24 hours of signing the Service Agreement will forfeit airfare charges. If cancellation is made by the customer within 2 business days of scheduled service a 50% service fee will be charged. 
Customer will be responsible for $75/day charge for any late payment past the agreed upon payment terms outlined on their purchase invoice.
Customer agrees that in the event of non-payment, chargeback or returned payment, they will be sent to collections and will pay all incurred fees including, but not limited to collection fees, attorney fees, bank fees, interest, and court costs.      
All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
Sales tax billed according to state or delivery local tax policies and rates

Technician Service
If a technician spends a reasonable amount of $100 or less, we will not notify you. Any purchases that exceed $100 Machine Tech Enterprises will acquire your approval 
Cancellations made after 24 hours of signing the Service Agreement will forfeit airfare charges. If cancellation is made by the customer within 2 business days of scheduled service a 50% service fee will be charged. 
Although we will do our best, Machine Tech Enterprises does not guarantee that equipment can be repaired or will be working in time allotted. Customer is paying for a block of time from a Machine Tech Enterprises technician.
Customer must notify us of all problems they are having with their machine prior to service. 
Machine Tech Ent. must be notified of any issues that arise regarding our servicing your machine immediately in writing by email to James@bridgesaw.com or US mail 806 Karen Dr, Kingsville, MD 21087. 

General 
Any electrical & technical certifications are the responsibility of the customer      
3 Year equipment warranty valid only on new equipment installed by a MTE BridgeSaw authorized technician. Self-install voids warranty.
STATE LAW: It is the intention of the parties that this Agreement and its performance hereunder shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan and that, in any action, special proceeding or other proceeding that may be brought, arising out of, in connection with, or by reason of this Agreement, the laws of the State of Michigan shall be applicable and shall be given to the exclusion of any other forum, without regard to the jurisdiction in which any action or special  proceeding may be  instituted.  Legal actions regarding this Agreement may be brought only in the State of Michigan.

Use of the Website
You may use this Website only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
You agree not to use the Website in a way that could harm, disable, or impair its functionality or interfere with other users.

Products and Services
All descriptions of products and services on this Website are subject to change without notice.
We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions, specifications, and pricing, but errors may occur.
The purchase of any product or service is subject to availability and additional terms provided at the time of sale.

Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and design elements on this Website are the intellectual property of MTE Bridgesaw, LLC unless otherwise stated.

Limitations of Liability
